Blue Murder
Blue Murder stars Caroline Quentin as Manchester Detective Chief Inspector Janine Lewis, who's also the mother of four children. The series also stars Ian Kelsey as her second in command, Detective Inspector Richard Mayne.
The series debuted on ITV1 in May 2003 with a 2-part episode followed by 4 episodes each in the fall of 2004 and 2006, 3 episodes in the fall of 2007, and 5 episodes in the fall of 2008. It is unknown if the series will return in 2009.
