Death in Paradise

Ben Miller stars as Detective Inspector Richard Poole, a detective from London's Metropolitan Police sent to the (fictional) Caribbean island of Saint-Marie to solve the murder of the a local police captain. He ends up taking over the job once the case is closed.

Miller departed the series after the end of the second season, replaced by Kris Marshall (playing DI Humphrey Goodman).

The series is filmed on location in Guadaloupe.
