This British crime drama is a prequel to the long-running Inspector Morse series, itself based on a character created by Colin Dexter and stars Shaun Evans as Detective Constable Endeavour Morse, a young police officer in Oxford.

A pilot aired on ITV in January 2012, the popularity of which led to a series order.
