Hec Ramsey

Richard Boone stars as Hector "Hec" Ramsey in this western/crime drama set in 1900, one of four series that were part of NBC's rotating Sunday Mystery Movie (together with Columbo, McCloud, and McMillan & Wife). A lawman by profession, Hec Ramsey also had an interest in the new field of forensic science being used to solve crimes.

Though popular with viewers, creative differences led to the series ending after just two seasons.
