The Ruth Rendell Mysteries
The Ruth Rendell Mysteries were a series of made-for-television adaptations of the Inspector Wexford mysteries and other novels of psychological suspense by Ruth Rendell.
George Baker portrayed Chief Inspector Reg Wexford of Kingsmarkham (a fictional town in the real English county of Hampshire) with Christopher Ravenscroft as his partner Inspector Mike Burden. Movies featuring these characters are indicated with an (*).
