S. W. A. T.
S.W.A.T., a spinoff of The Rookies, aired on ABC from February 1975 through April 1976 and included 37 episodes over 2 seasons; 2 episodes from The Rookies served as the series pilot.
The series starred Steve Forrest as Lt. Dan "Hondo" Harrelson, Robert Urich as Officer Jim Street, and Mark Shera as Officer Dominic Luca. (S. W. A. T. stands for Special Weapons and Tactics, a specialized team of police officers who deal with dangerous situations.)
